Aloo Bhujia Sev
Ratlami Sev
Aloo Sev (potato sev/aloo bhujia), is a crispy namkeen snack that is made with gram flour, potatoes, and spices. It is usually served with tea in the afternoon and also served with sweets and other namkeens on Diwali. This potato sev gets a chatpata namkeen taste from the chaat masala and a mildly spicy taste from the red chili powder and black pepper powder.
Ratlami Sev (Namkeen / Farsan) is the ideal ready-to-eat snack. It is made from gram flour (Chane ka atta). It also contains carom seeds (ajwain), black pepper (Kali Mirch), red chili, turmeric (Haldi), and a wide variety of authentic proprietary spices to enhance the taste, flavor, and aroma. The crunchy Ratlami sev has a distinct flavor that gives the ultimate taste and delicacy. Spices mixed in the right proportions to provide your taste buds with the tingling they crave, perfect for snack over tea time or enjoying with your family and friends, or while having lunch or dinner. This snack can also be used for making the world-famous Sev Tamatar (Sev Tomato) Sabzi.
